Anyone know where I can buy replacement Torx screws for the cam caps on a 2000 Audi A6 2.8L? Darn things stripped so easily when I was disassembling the cams on the driver's side.

I assume you just stripped the torx head & not the threads. I'd consider just replacing it with a hex head bolt of same threads. Audi seems to like to use these torx head screws & bolts all over in areas where a hex head bolt would work just fine.

 

I know what you mean. I got a variety box of machined torx head screws from Harbor Freight the other day. Hopefully, there will be some in that box with the same threads.
