Dealer recommends changing timing belt on my 2001 2.7T w/77K miles - any experiences out there worth sharing?

I just had mine changed at 70k. Highly recommend that you have it done but not at the stealer. Go to a local Audi/Porsche shop and have them do it.

I asked the same question in an earlier post. My 2003 manual calls for replacement at 105K. I have just under 90K. Only feedback I got from the forum was "do it now".

Personally, I'm going to wait a few months and do it this spring. I should still have a 10K cushion.
