tiptronic steering wheel question
hi all , i have a 1999 2.8 v6 tiptronic and i was wondering if a 4.2 s6 tiptronic steering wheel with the tiptronic buttons will fit onto my car and work. i have no buttons on my wheel at the moment . will the wiring be behind the wheel to connect to??? not too good with electrics so need advice before i buy. Thanks very much
remove the ground wire from the battery this cuts out any chance the airbag will go off which I doubt any way ( check if you have the code for your audio ), once completed just hook the ground back up and this will reset the air bags
