TMC messages giving incorrect road numbers
Hi there,
Tried posting this in the General Tech forum but didn't get any response, so thought I'd try here - apologies for the duplication.
Not sure if this is a specifically UK spec, or perhaps European query but....
My A6 is displaying traffic info from the TMC channel (I think this comes from Traffic Master...?) in the MMI and although the messages are correct, the road numbers are complete rubbish. E.g. It'll display the M271 instead of the M25. It's got the DVD based satnav system, which is still able to use this information to navigate around traffic problems. It's a 2006 on an 06 plate. A colleagues newer A6, on a 57 plate, has exactly the same problem.
Anybody come across this before?
