Default Trouble Pairing Samsung Alias & 2005 A6 Bluetooth

I can make calls without a problem; when someone calls me I can hear them but they can't hear me. Any advice or way to fix this? Phone is new, so I can't afford to trade it in/get another for now.

Has the MMI software been upgraded? Early versions of the MMI software had several glitches.

I had the same issue with my iPhone 3g. When I got a call, I would have to select the Audi Bluetooth option on my phone to be able to hear over the speakers.

Can you see your address book on the MMI screen? Do you have issues if you dial, hang up quickly and try to dial again? I did and the dealer replaced a bluetooth paring part and seemed to fix all the problems.

I'll have them check the MMI - I bought is used, and it was a company lease car, so my guess would be the MMI may not have been updated.
