Arrow Troublefinding new control arms

OK So I bought the Febi bilstein control arm kit and my mechanic was installing the lowers today when he realized the new arms dont fit my car, they are too thick and too short.

We assume the kit I bought had the wrong arms by mistake so we called up the local parts place and ordered another set of control arms (mevotek i believe). They sent the exact same short/thick arms that Febi did, Im at a loss now. What am I supposed to order to get the correct parts?

The car is a 2000 4.2, the original part# in question is 4d0407155j, Febi's part# was 11350 534A69, I cant find either anywhere online.

Any help would be much appreciated.
