Question Upgrading 2000 A6 Avant brakes

Hi folks,
I've searched the forums and all over for some specific guidance on this but haven't found the answers.
I'm trying to upgrade my brakes as I bought some rotors off Craigslist that are the wrong ones and cannot return. My Avant already has the 312mm front rotors but they are the standard 25mm width. The new rotors I bought turns out to the the 30mm variety.

Are there any easy (relatively inexpensive) caliper upgrades that I can do for this model? Especially without needing to upgrade the master cylinder and such.

Thanks for any advice and info.

Just pick up a pair of front calipers at NAPA. Check at the desk if the mounting points match your old calipers which you should bring with you to avoid the core charge. Should work with current master cylinder.

Thanks for the suggestions. I was planning on getting the calipers prior to taking the old ones off to avoid bleeding the brakes twice.

I figured someone may have done such an upgrade before and may have their experiences to share. I may have to see if Napa has matching ones of the original calipers and then match them up with something that would work for the wider/thicker rotor.

Thanks
