Just bought a 00' A6 Avant wagon. (Silver) 88K miles. Had the check
engine light appear so ran OBD and got this, "warm up catalyst
below threshold, Bank 2". I believe the bank 2 is the rear
O2. Is this fault code basically telling me I have a clogged cat? Isn't it
around this mileage of 88K that the cats need replaced anyway?
I don't have a bentley manual yet and have only had a couple of
weeks off getting to know the car. Just purchased as mentioned
earlier.
