I have a 1999 A6 Q V6, need to change the water pump, I was looking online and I see in most of the site that offer euro parts similar modelds, but I came across a site that offers also a diferent one, the brand is Airtex, just look totaly diferent, I went to their web site and they offer it for the 1999 a6 Q v6, any comment on that?

 

Airtex water pump is mainly a NAPA oem part.
Not sure what you meant by different as they look just like regular water pump from Meyle, Hepu or Graf.

We prefer the Hepu pump at $76.50 shipped. The pump blades are polished brass.

I don't think that is the right picture for Audi. That looks like a regular water pump for a Mercedes or BMW.

One other thing to make sure is when you buy a water pump, find one that has metal impellers instead of plastic ones. The plastic ones break to easily.

No. They use plastic because it is cheaper and easier to make. It is the same design with the same angles so it is Definitely Not better.
