Water in the right back seat

Check the area under the battery if water sitting there. There are 2 drain holes, likely blocked and water sipping into venting from air filter housing when cornering - overflown.
Check if the air filter housing has any gap or crack, you can use silicon chaulking to repair and clear the 2 drain holes.
Also possible sunroof drain problems

Better pull the carpet up in the front , it is probably wet also.
The problem is audi likes to put modules under there in black boxes.
Pull them out & make sure there is no water in them. If there is dry them out ASAP!

Soooo , did you check for water under the front carpet?
If you have water in the back you will also have it in the front where modules can reside. Especially if you have a clogged evap drain.
It is very important to check this or you will have expensive problems down the road.

Definitely heed M5S5' wise suggestion...if you have water in the right back it's highly likely you have water throughout vehicle. You should pull ALL carpet because the chassis channels allow water to flow freely from back to front and vise-versa. Would also pull up your back seat as you will probaly find water pooled up there as well. I, along with many, many Audi owners have had the water intrusion issue, if you have a sunroof the rear drains are probably clogged as well.
