Default Wet floor on rear passenger side

I have an '01 S4 6spd with 80,000 miles. I don't know what's going on, but everytime I wash it or it rains, the rear floor on the passenger side becomes sopping wet. I thought I heard that the sunroof has a tract for water to escape to the ground. Sometimes these plug up and this happens? Can someone please verify this for me or advise me as to what's happening and how to fix it? I have no holes in the undercarriage. Thank you

its either the sunroof or the tray that holds the battery is flooded. for the sunroof there should be little drain holes along it. just put a coat hanger down it to unclog it. for the battery tray remove the cover and reach around the bottom till you find the quarter sized hole that always gets plugged.

Great. So i'm gonna assume that this is something that happens alot and would probably be the cause of the rear floor being wet and snaking out the right side will do the trick?
