Default Wheel fitment insight

So one of the tires on my 16s blew out today. The PO added these after removing the stock 17s. So my 225/50/16 blew and I put on my spare (235/45/17) to get me home. Is this safe using a different diameter? Can't be.

Will s4 wheels off of a 2002 model fit?

What about these with a 38mm offset? I like these..

Please help as I need to get back on the road.

No problems running different sized wheels for short periods of time. S4 wheels should fit. I think you'll find those fake bolt holes fill up with brake dust and won't come clean easily.

Good luck!

Thanks! So the momo GTR wheels with a 38mm offset will fit a A6 2.7t?

I wish they were the real two piece GTR technology wheel but this is all thats avaliable right now.

Got them and installed right before work yesterday! Not ideally what I wanted but I'm satisfied because they look good but not too flashy. Also, glad I put them on because 3 or 5 lugs on one of the rear wheels were gone. I don't know why anyone would want 16" 07 a4 wheels. Oh well, there are lock on these ones.
