Wierd noise, please help

I an currently experiencing a strange popping noise when I turn my wheel, It sounds like its coming from the suspension/wheel well, thanks in advance

It sounds like it may be your tie-rod ends. These cars are notorious for front suspension failures. Find a reptuable shop/mechanic and have it assessed.
