I own a 2000 A6 2.7t quattro... i found a guy who has 02' A4 wheels and tires for sale, for cheap i might add, and i was curious to know if anyone knew if they would fit my car.. thanks in advance

I just bolted late-model 17' 5 spoke A4 wheels onto my 01 A6 avant (2.8Q). with a 45mm offset, they fit my car with only a few mm to spare on the inside suspension control arm. But they work fine, with no rubbing.

So offsets are key. The 35mm offset on the knock-off aftermarket five spoke A4 wheels (tons on ebay) would give a little more breathing room, but as long as you run with 225/40 R17 tires you'll be okay with stock. The only difference with your car might be brake clearance, but an Audi dealer will be able to tell you if that's a problem.

The best part is they'll transform the look and feel of your car.
