Will I pass inspection???

Will I pass New York State Inspection with ABS light on the code is P1606???

Sorry I brought this up from the grave ....but I also need to know cuz my 2000 audi a6 c5 2.7t has the check engine light from abs p1606.

I am in Massachusetts and have the same vehicle with the same code and was told that after 15 years I was exempt. Not sure if New York has the same 15 year exemption
