Will these rims fit?

18 x 8 wheel with a +42 offset on a 2000 Audi A6? with or without spacers?

You'll need spacers . I put on 19 x 8.5 ADR rims that needed a custom 13mm spacer to clear the front caliper. 3mm spacer on rear and running BFG GForce KDW tires. No change in speedo compared to GPS
