At first I had a problem with my front passenger window, it would get stuck going up so I replaced the two plastic clips and it solved the problem. Now I am having the same problem with my rear passenger window so I ordered the plastic clips from audi and I took the door apart to change them and it is a totally different setup than the front windows. What clips do I have to buy?

 

The rear windows do not have user changeable clips like the front windows do. Well they might, but you can't buy them. You have to buy a whole new regulator.
