Hey all,

I finally receivedthe window regulator for my 2000, 2.7t.. I am trying to remove the pop rivets but I am having an extremely hard time and I do not see how the new rivets shouldbe installed and if there is a special tool for this. If anyone has a write up or pics please let me know

You have to grind the rivets as much as possible, then pop them out with a hammer and a punch.
Once the old rivets are removed intstall the new rivets with the fat side DOWN.
