Question Windows, Sunroof, Seat heater inop

Hello all. I have a 97 A6 Quattro Avant. All of a sudden the power windows, cruise control, sunroof, backup lights and heated seats do not work.
There are no lights in the window or heated seat switches.
Also the interior light use to turn off as soon as the door closes while the engine is on, now they stay on for a long minuet which can be annoying at night.
I can not find a bad fuse and the Bentley is not clear on where fuses are in the fuse box.
I read that there is a Control box of some kind under the Driver feet under the rug if you put your feet flat on the floor. A week before this started I did leave the Dr. side window down during a pouring rain. Could that be it?
I also read that there is a dreaded fuse #14 some where. Could that be it??
I can't pull codes and I would like to keep the Dealer from attaching a vacuum hose to my wallet to get this fixed. Any thoughts?

There are a few fuses behind the panel under the steering wheel, but mostly relays which is most likely the problem. You need to follow the powerflow on the wiring diagram and see if all these things meet at a related relay. It would be super helpfull if you can find someone in your area with a vag com to pull the faults though. Just go over the wiring diagrams with a fine tooth comb and see what you come up with.

Thank you. I will check that panal out. Even though this all happend at once I think I'm dealing with different problems. Back up lights separate from the Windows, Sunroof, heat seaters
