IDK about a tire chain, but that spikes a thought, a tow strap, just incase you slide into a ditch or somthing, and Quattro cant save you (highly doubt it but u never know).
And some jumper cables!!!

 

Just fill the tank with gas and throw the luggage in the back and GO.. Once you get south and west of PA all you should see is a few Mcdonalds, and some Bob Evans. If there is some snow your Audi will know what to do!

If you have taken good care of your vehicle like oil changes, tires, and normal maintenance a 1700 mile trip is a piece of cake... I thought nothing of taking my 89 200 QT with over 300K on a long trip when I needed to. In fact I looked forward to the fun drive.

But then in the late 60's I used to drive an Alfa Romeo Gulia Veloce Spider from Corning NY to Boston and back every weekend in the rain snow and sunshine to see a girl, so I might be a lttle twisted.

Dang those fogs look yellow! Just kidding man, I guess the HIDs really make them stand out. Ive never noticed it with my halogens.

 

is a "monster" yorkie .i drive with him in my lap manny times, he likes to stay with his nose in the window.
fog are regular halogen bulbs, 3000k color. also i put veil paint on headlights and that make then darker. and in lower front grill i add zr3 heads. i don`t want to speed , but i don`t want to take a stupid ticket 41 in 30 or something like that.

 

I thought the headlights looked kinda different, in a good way. Could you maybe post some pics of just the lights, I might think about that...
