Default wiring for steering wheel controls... retrofit???

hey guys i have an A6 2.8 2000 without the controls on the steering wheel, so my question is if it could be retrofit the one that has controls??? something like plug&play or is not that simple??? any1 out there!!!

here is a pic of the donor candidate... (A6 2.8 2000,,, by the ways I’m getting it for $30 bucks)

You may need to look at the wiring diagrams in the Bentleypublishers.com Audi shop manual DVD or CD. An Audi dealer parts man may also be able to check for steering wheel compatability if you give him your VIN number. Perhaps, the steering wheel with the extra buttons requires a different wiring harness, etc. Did you look in your owner's manual?

well the bad thing is that i dont have owners manual that i can find out that, but i have a program "Elsa" ¿ ?...
is that what you mean?
