My daytime running lights have gone out. but didn't go completely. They didn't work occasionally and over time started failing to turn on. I'm hoping it could be the bulb but I'm afraid it's the ballast.

Do any of you have any input and where I could find replacement parts rather than buying the entire headlight assembly if it is the ballast?
