Now after the transmission was replaced, it is displaying the head light dimmer control malfunction on the dash. This has never gone off before in the 6 years I have owned the car, so it is suspiscious that it is just now going wrong. I did have the car lowered with new shocks and springs about 5 years ago, but this never happend so its not due to that.
Ideas I have are that maybe when it was towed something went wrong? It was on a flatbed.
Maybe some code was reset when they put my transmission in?

Can anyone help me with advice as to how to turn this error off. WOndering now if maybe the function really isnt working.
