I have a 2012 A7, purchased in Dec 2011. Since purchase, the favorites function in the MMI hasn't worked. Every time I save an address as HOME or another name, it erases within a couple days of entry. I've taken it to the dealer twice and they have insisted they fixed it based on resetting the system. Didn't work. I think the favorites erase every time the nav system needs to initialize, which is not every time the car starts up but every few days...

Anyone have an idea how to fix this?

what mmi version do you have, the latest is K0566 as mine was updated about 2 weeks ago at the dealer
