Hi to all I have an Audi A7 2010 Sportback that started with coolant problems and a snapped serpentine belt I was unable to drive far so took it to a service centre 100 meters from me They replaced the water pump and belt and informed me he undid a bolt with a bung and all my oil drained into the engine compartment but he filled it up again and replaced the pump and belt As a not complete novice this seems strange and is it possible ?? After that I started getting gearbox problems Could only drive in 2nd and 4th Then this progressed and now No reverse and only a jerky 1st then no engagement at at I have to switch off and restart to get any form of gear changes for a short period Took it to a gearbox specialist who informed me diagnostics show errors but nothing that they can pin point as to what the problem is and only solution is to refurbish the gearbox and of course it comes with fine print and excludes any problems after that not related to the gearbox and a sum of £2500 Can anyone help pls?
