Just installed new tires and new TPMS Sensors ( correct 433mhz. ) and cannot get car to accept new sensors. original ones went dead about 2 years ago and did not replace until just now. I've tried driving the car and trying to reset by accessing the " Reinitialize " program , no luck. Audi tech told our tire store to drive car to reset, I'm driving around with hearing protection on to avoid the pinging.
Any ideas ? I don't have access to a Vag-com.
have searched forums and can't find an answer other than a possible TPMS module failure ?
