Looking to purchase an 06 -08 A8L. Hey everyone! I am wondering what i should avoid and look for on my search for a new car. I am getting rid of an 06 acura rl and i would like to maintain the reliability of my RL and enjoy the room and power of the A8. All my research has shown the A8 to be a good car, but I figured I would get the real scoop here

A lot of changes happened during those years...3 different cars, all good.

2006: Still had 40V 4.2L V8 with belt driven camshafts.
2007: New 4.2L FSI V8 with internal chain drive for camshafts and more HP.
2008: Facelift of D3, FSI V8, reworked electronics, improved air suspension.
