Just bought a 1997 A8. The drivers headrest motor runs but headrest does not move. One person who owns a 98 said remove four screws on back of seat to expose everything. I don't see any screws. Does anyone with a 97 know if there is an easy removal without taking it to an upholstery shop.

Also, do you know where to buy the repair DVD for less than the $99.99 that Bentley wants.
