Default Optic Test

I did the Optic Test and found out the Amplifier was bad..........so I ordered one of EBAY and Installed it and I still do not have any sound.Do I need to take it to the dealer to decode it?If I do need to take it.........does it take long time to decode it??

Thanks
Dave

It may have Component Protection active or need to be coded.
The dealer will charge a minimum of one hour labor typically to remove CP.

You can try coding it yourself but will not be able to remove CP.
Please post a new Autoscan if you'd like me to look at it.
