I have looked everywhere and cannot find an answer to my problem hope you all can help. I have a 97 Audi A8 upgraded the radio from Delta cc to Concert radio with Bose everything works but amp in the Trunk Clicks continuously till A.) You disconnect it or B.) You unplug the output of Radio. Both radios output pin outs appear to be the same.

 

A) You didn't wire it correctly. Check the power, ground and go over the entire wiring diagram.

B) The amplifier is faulty

Most times when an amplifier is clicking its the capacitors inside the amp charging and either shorting or discharging, meaning the amp is faulty, however you should go over all your connections before condeming the amp.
