It depends on many things and is not simple.
First you need to make sure the MMI control head behind the glovebox has video in and a co-ax cable.
In USA, many A8s did not have TV and consequently are missing the video in socket and chipset.
Then you need a camera controller module, camera and late-revision CAN gateway.
