Question After Market Bluetooth

Hi Folks,
I have a 2004 A8L. I was wondering if any body has tried the to install a bluetooth module in an A8? You know, in order to use the Monitor and the speaker system to make phone calls, If so, any ideas or any links you know of?

Thanks,

A.

on mine, the factory phone under armrest was missing when I bought my 2004 A8, so I now have a Parrot CK3100 Aftermarket Bluetooth installed that works just like factory bluetooth and runs through my speakers etc.

Default Need more details please

Did you do it yourself? How difficult was that? Where did you buy the blue tooth kit? Could you provide more details as how you installed the blue tooth?
Thank you,
A.

Parrot CK3100

Does not display on the MMI, it has its own LCD screen,
you can attach to an inconspicuous area near the ingnition switch or on the left of the steeering wheel but its better on the right so you can keep eyes on the road. It rings through speakers just like factory bluetooth and works just as well. When the phone rings, the left front speaker turns down to hear the ring, in case you have the radio turned up loud but you will still have to mute or turn down while call is in progress.

Here is a link but i paid much more for mine a few years ago:

Haven't tried it myself but all I have researched shows that this guy:
eBay My World - bdbrouse
has what we would need to update a car that came with onstar
here is the kit he currently has for sale
