Default Cigarette Lighters don't work; fuse not blown

So, neither of my cigarette lighters work, front or center console, but neither fuse is blown. Any thoughts?
Incidentally, the trunk lid won't pop open from the fob either, no fuse blown there either.

Anyone? Mine doesn't work in the front, but works with everything except the lighter. Took the lighter to another Audi and it worked. Could that be the contacts inside the socket?

Fuse locations are in the manual, no idea off the top of my head.

I have the same exact problem. In addition, the lights on my vents, the ESP bar lights, and the cupholder/ash tray lights are not working either.

I checked both 20 am fuses #36 and 37 they are good. Also checked the fuse for interior lighting, also good.

Anyone have experience with this problem before?
