There is no vibration when braking, only when driving on the highway.
The vibration is faint in the steering wheel and throughout the vehicle.
It is noticeable starting around 40 mph and is worst around 60mph. It is consistent through 80mph.
Is this what a bent rotor would feel like? It feels like something is out of balance to me.

Do yourself a favor the next time you have to replace the pads, order Axxid for the front and PBR for the rear, No brake dust and the rotors last a lot longer.

Well, that description of vibration CERTAINLY makes it seem like a wheel problem, not a rotor problem. A severely out of balance tire or a wheel that has been bent so it's rim is no longer a true concentric with the bolt pattern causes vibration in the 40-70 mph range. Frequently smooths out at higher speeds, as the 'harmonic' is absorbed the the air suspension. Just my guess.
