Front rotors
I'm about to buy roters for my 2001. Is it worth going for the drilled ones? I have a bad wobble on the stock ones but only within the last few months. They were perfect for nearly 3 years. I cheched RaceShopper and got a price of $300/pr. for drilled and slotted and another source quoted about $180/pr for stock.
It really doesn't help un-less your doing some serious driving, like track driving.
It would actually end up being worse because the cross drilled rotors tend to crack right at the drill points when they get really hot. Stick with OEM or equalrotors, and always change the pads after putting on new rotors.

Johnny - I found these prices here, http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/
Their prices are all over the place and I'm not sure what the differences are.
I'll stick with the stock rotors but will try to find the OEM.

the fronts are huge and are brembos, the backs are much smaller and not sure what size they are, does anybody have a parts identifier so i can know because these pages are bringing up all different sizes for my car. 01 s8
For stock rotors, I have found several websites quoting prices from $53 each to $103 each. Those were Brembo. I've also priced pads and those prices also had a wide swing. What gives? What is recommended stock?
