Hello folks,
I am stucked in a problem with an Audi A8 amp.
Needed desperately the pinout for this bloody amp.
The amplifier is a Bose 4EO 035 223 F, made in 2006.
If there is anyone kind enough to tell me where to get the schematics or diagram or so it would mean a lot.

It should be in the wiring diagrams on erWin, but you have to pay to use it.

Quicker solution may be to check on AudiWorld - I know several of the guys in the D3 forum have worked with them quite a bit.

 

Talking with somebody about this amp i'm dealing with, he told me that there is a 99% chance that once took out of the original car it was mounted on, it will not work anymore due to a theft protection system Audi has on some late A6 and A8 models.
Can anyone confirm if so?
(note that i bought the amp on ebay, and i would like to install it on another car, not even an Audi)

Had to double check, but according to this, yes.
Component protection can only be removed by a dealer.


I'm not sure that's even possible.
The input/control is via the MOST ring and/or CAN bus as I recall.
