Default I have three questions about my A8L, could you help me answering them?!

Hey everyone,

I have 2004 A8L, and i started to heat it because its lots of problems!! Anyway, I have questions to you please:

1. the sign "Parking Brake" comes sometimes on the screen front of me! and then the ABS & exlamination inside a cyrcle inside a tringel come with that single. And this morning, i got problem that when i pull the hand brake, it takes a while to be active! I have no idea what is going on??

2. I started to hear a sound when i use the foot brake. I think that i have to change the brake? if so, what i have to buy because one of the Audi dealers said that changing the brake i have to change the whole thing tha related to the brake, which will cost me around $1300!!

3. i am not sure is it right or not thta the back left corner is lower than the back right corner! Is that possible? why?

thank you so much
I am waiting for answers .

not sure about the solution to your problems yet (if no answer on here quickly, go to audiworld.com in the A8 forum and you should get an answer within the hour (more A8 owners on there). one thing i do know is that the '00 is supposed to be the problem year for the D2 and '04 is supposed to be the problem year for the D3.

Who the hell taught you how to type??

1 and 2 are probably related, most likely your rear brakes are worn out causing the parking brake light to flash, take it to a shop to have a look at it.

3. The car has an air suspension, if you have a leak in one of the air bags it can be much lower on one side or corner than the other, again, take it to the dealer.
