I could recoemmend Byers Imports in Ohio if you guys are interested at all. They are reasonable, have a knowledgable staff and dont tend to overcharge and courteous.. I bought mine there. Talk to Matt Kneeland and mention my name (Shree) and if he has any A8's (checkout their inventory and dont go by the advertised prices) he should give you a resonable deal.

 

Truthfully, it's ONLY because the post-facelift parts are somewhat easier to locate. well, that, and , I want the Xenons AND the Driving/Fog lights that the facelift came with. Also, both my front AND rear bumpercovers are cracked or oterwise broken (front from showing off, in the snow, last year, rear from backing into a cement column in a parking garage by backing up w/o paying attention to wtf I was doing[:@]), so, it's an easy solution, for me. Figure on a summer (re-build) if everything goes right, and I can find the parts.

Xenons can be fuond for about $1k/side, incl wiring harness and levelers, used.
bumper covers are about $300-$500/ea
$300 for the lower bumper inserts w/fogs
$500 to ge my budd to paint-match the parts, and paint my lowers
DAMN!!! That's almost $4K I need a cheaper hobby[8D]
