Seems like it is overpriced to me. I'm a bit of a newbie to the A8 world, but I just bought a 2004 A8L with more options than are noted here (19" wheels, dual climate in rear etc) and paid under $18,000 out the door...including an Audi Platinum extended warranty for 48mo/48,000 miles. The mileage difference alone is worth $5000 less I would think on that car even if it is a newer model and the 04.
