Hi , my first post of what I hope will be a long membership

I am looking at a 2006 A8 with 86000. It has the "Exclusive" package I think they called it with the extra trim and chrome wheels etc. There's a scratch on one of the side trim pieces, but other than that it looks really great.

Listed on web for 20,995 but does that seem high?

At what point do I need to start replacing struts, tie rod ends etc? Am I buying into a bunch of regular maintenance costs with a 2006?
