noisy pulley or tensioner pulley

noisy pulley or tensioner pulley
Do I need to pull the front bumper forward to pull the serpentine belt off so I can inspect the idler pulley or the tensioner pulley. One makes alot of noise untill in warms up? Does the bumper also need to come forward to replace either pulley?
