I've read a couple threads that kinda address this but not specific enough. I opened my passenger door tonight (1999 A8) and it is now stuck open the release in the door won't give at all when I push in on it like the driver door. The car usually indicates that the door is open or ajar but does not in this case. It is about 4 degrees here, and I thought about that, but it doesn't explain why the car indicates that all the doors are shut. HELP!

 

You mean the door handle won't close? I would say the locking rod on the handle is jammed. You would have to take apart the door to fix that.
