Standard length vs. A8L

Standard length vs. A8L
My 1998 A8 is the best car I've ever owned.
The time has come, however, for a newer A8.I've gotten used to the standard length A8 and don't want an A8L.
Question, since the new model A8 became available in 2004, has Audi produced a standard lenght A8 in any of those years? Or have they all been the A8L model?
