suspension setting !!!!
There is no "best" setting. It's all what you prefer. Many people put their car in dynamic, others in auto like me. Some even use comfort too. Their are so many threads about it there's no real need to start a new one. Just know it's all based on preference. Only use lift for snow, nasty roads etc.
If your talking about what would make your air suspension and compressor last longer? Doesn't really matter it'll last just as long no matter what mode you use, as long as your not raising and lowering the car constantly.

I've gone thru all of them. My sense is that the sport setting is un-necessary wear and tear so for daily driving I actually use the comfort setting.
I do enjoy the sport setting, though. The car also looks a bit nicer lowered.

Just be easy on the car and drive to your preference. Every once in a while after turning the car off and parking you will hear the air suspension basically make a charging noise like it is refilling then the parking brakes almost make a sound at the end like they are re-locking and the car is silent, and my girl is sleeping. Just a way for me to know the car is still running strong.
