Default Tire noise or is it something else?

I purchased an 2006 A8 around a month ago. From day one I could here this rumbling noise from the chasis. When I contacted the seller, I was told that the noise did not appear until he put the Pirelli P6 four seasons on.

Is anyone running these tires and are experiancing the same thing, or should I be looking at something else? Tire size P255-45-R18-99H

Thanks for any help

Default Same problem.... humming coming from driver's side wheel

I just changed out my front axles, new rotors/pads, and control arms, after an alignment and new firestone potenzas I am getting a very noticeable humm from the driver's side wheel. Does anyone have any ideas of what it could be?

i drove it again today to get a better feeling of where the sound was coming from. I stuck my head out the window but couldn't really hear a rubbing noise or any sort of scraping. I get a better feeling of where it's coming from when all of the windows are closed, it seems like more of a humm coming from the driver's side wheel. All four tires were balanced and mounted at firestone, they are all Firestone potenza grid radials. The car was aligned after i changed out all eight control arms and both front axles. The front has year old rotors and ceramic pads, they are worn evenly, i put on new ceramic pads and rotors on the rear; they're working well.
When I got home I hooked it up to my VGA and the code for faulty speed sensor came up for the driver's side front wheel came up, could this be the culprit of the noise I hear?
The car is also shaking a bit, i put new plugs while doing these repairs; the VGA shows cylinder 4 and 5 shaking, I'm going to take them out tomorrow and look at the connections to make sure they were put on right.
