what should I note when buying a car key programmer?

This is my first time that I want to buy a car key programmer on internet, I need the key programmer can be easy to use and cheaper for me. My car is audi A8，please help me.

Has to be done by Audi unless you are on the approved workshop list as a security professional.
They system talks to the mothership in Germany to program them to the IMO
