2015 Q5/TDI. Twice now after being on the road for an hour or more, my air conditioner will not respond to turning down the thermostat for more air flow/blowing. You feel cold air with your hand on the vent but even with the setting on "LO" you get no appreciable air out of the vents..none of them! I have had it in dealerships twice now...no codes so no clue...pitiful. I've heard that a replacement control head might be a fix...any other ideas? (A friend with a Q5 reported the same identical problem to me after being on the road a couple of hours in a long trip.)
