Default 2014 Q5 - late first oil change

I am considering purchasing from a dealer a certified pre-owned 2014 Q5 with only 10k on the odometer. Everything seems great about the car except for one thing - the Carfax report shows that the car received its first 5,000 service 2 years after delivery, at 6,822 miles. In 2014, the Maintenance Schedule did not specify a time interval for the first or subsequent services, but rather only that the first service should be at 5,000 miles and the car should be serviced every 10,000 miles thereafter.

I'd be curious to know what the Forum community's views are as to whether I should buy this otherwise seemingly perfect car. My concerns are;

1. Will the first service, coming 2 years after delivery, harm the engine or lessen its life?

2. Will the late service void Audi's warranty in the event of a problem with the engine?

Thanks very much.
