Does anyone know if the 2018 SQ5 prestige comes with thermal cup holder. The 2017 did but I cannot find out if the 2018 does.

No. It does not.

I just took delivery of a 2018 Prestige/Sport/Summer/Winter and there is no option like that on the vehicle.

If you are referring to the heated/chilled cup holder in the front row my 2018 does have one. Comfort option.
