Unhappy Car damage by a technician

I own a 2011 Q5 and it is 6 months old.
Yesterday I got a nail on my tire and went to the nearest Audi dealer to fix it.
When repair was done, technician damaged the left side rear door and fender when he was pulling out the car.
The service consultant told me that they will fix it like new and let me use one of their Q5 until the repair is done.
I am really frustrated about what happen (it is only 6 months old and just went to repair a tire which costs $20!!) and wondering about my loss.
What do you guys think about it?? Do you think just repairing the car will fully compensate my loss?? Can I ask them for something more for compensation? I am not sure if they are doing their best...
Thank you for reading and please share your thoughts with me!

I know, frustrating.... but if it weren't an audi dealer or just an accident on the road...

All you would get is a repair.... I would trust you could pick out and/or approve the repair shop you like....

good luck...

you can ask for some compensation like extended warranty, but unlikely in my mind

I have the same thought as JohnBoyToo, repair is most likely the dealer will offer. I am sure they will fix it just like new. Since your car is only 6 months old, the paint should be match seamlessly.

it will never be the same anymore when you trade in your car. you can tell if your car has been worked on since they are only fixing/painting one panel. But i know for sure it wont be in your car history.
